Cottage Life

We have just returned from two nights at my Aunt and Uncle's cottage on Crane Lake near MacTier. It was chilly, so I had lots of time to photograph all the Muskoka-esque details of their gorgeous cottage!

Welcome to my little blog!

I started this blog on my second maternity leave to document some of the fun and interesting 'goings on' at our house....it was also in response to my brother in Vancouver lamenting that my regular email updates were filling up his inbox with large photo attachements.

My husband and I have a century old 3 story brick house on the Danforth, and two kids under the age of 3. In my regular life I am a busy Toronto management consultant, but for now I am on maternity leave with my second child, deeply imersed in the worlds of cleaning, cooking, CraigsList and Goodwill shopping, and adjusting to life with two beautiful but time consuming children (and dreaming of the day when I will have time to do more garage sale shopping!)
