Today was an absolutely perrrrfect winter day. It was sufficiently crisp to be considered winter, but oh so sunny and bright. While normally the Danforth is filled with retirees and strollers during the day, today it seemed everyone was playing hooky in favour of a mid-afternoon stroll in the sun.
It is so fun to see all the stores decorated for Valentine's Day. I love the ones that skip the plastic hearts and get creative....like the window full of red and pink books. It makes me want to pick up a gushy romance novel! Do you have a favourite?
